Google Pixel smartphones come under the premium category devices. Pixel directly competes with iPhone and Samsung Mobiles, especially in the USA. Although in India Pixel has very low market share. It was rumoured that Pixel 4 might launch during fall and in fact, some leaks came out recently. Those leaks clearly show that Pixel 4 might follow the Samsung path and Google Pixel 4 may have a punch hole display.

Skinomi, the company which manufactures screen protectors and cases for smartphones listed a screen protector for Pixel 4. The image clearly shows a cutout at the front right corner which indicates that the phone will have a punch hole display. The cutout is big enough to host two cameras which suggest that Google Pixel 4 XL may have a dual front camera. Pixel devices are known for excellent camera quality, the dual camera setup will take that experience to a new level. Although it’s a big question, how people will adopt a punch hole display. Personally, I feel punch hole display is an eyesore and many people do not like this kind of display. Google Pixel may also with a very thin bezel which is the latest trend in the smartphone market which is shown in the image.

Well, we are not sure how reliable the leak is, but considering the trend, it won’t be surprising that Pixel 4 will have a punch hole display. Google has a habit of showing leaks of their new launches and Pixel 4 won’t be different. We will just have to wait for a couple of months as the pixel 4 is expected to launch in October google event.
